Welcome to ECF Holy Word Church. As we gather this Sunday, we come before God with grateful and joyful hearts to worship Him. May we be renewed in Christ, grow deeper in our relationships, and learn to break walls and build bridges in love. Whether you are visiting for the first time or are part of our church family, we are glad you are worshipping with us today, and we pray that this service will be a time of drawing near to God and being strengthened by His grace.

    Bible Verses : Judges 13-16

    1. Sister Tan Wee Fong passed away and went home to be with the Lord on last Thursday! A memorial service was held last night. The funeral procession will depart from the bereaved family's home tomorrow at 9am, and cremation service will be held at 10.15am in Hall 5 of the Mandai North Crematorium. Please keep the bereaved family in your prayers. Wake Location: Blk 17 Joo Seng Road (S360017).

    2. We invite members to join "Project Canaan Dialogue 1", a time of dialogue, sharing, and prayer as we seek God's direction for #70. Pastoral zone and ministry leaders are especially encouraged to attend and share the vision and needs of your ministries. This coming Thursday, 28 May 2026, 8pm to 10pm at #70 MPH.

    3. We rejoice with brother Zachary Hin and sister Tan Jie Ying (eldest daughter of brother Tan Pin Soon and sister Ou Zhan Yu) on their upcoming wedding on 6 June 2026! They will be hosting a buffet during teabreak on 7 June to celebrate with the church family. Let us pray for God's blessings upon their marriage!

    4. ECF is co-organising a parenting talk with NRCS on Raising Resilient Kids, to equip parents in raising confident and resilient children. Register before the end of May for free admission. A fee of $3 per person applies thereafter. All parents are welcome to attend! Date: Saturday, 27 June 2026, 3pm to 4pm. Venue: Neighbour Ring Community Services, Blk 8 Joo Seng Road #01-08, Singapore 360008.

    5. The Elderly Bible Study this Wednesday (27 May) will be paused due to public holiday. Please take note!

    1. Sister Lai Swee Fong has been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer and will be undergoing a left breast mastectomy tomorrow at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Please pray for a smooth surgery tomorrow and for recovery and healing.

    2. Our Missions Ministry leaders will be travelling to Chiang Rai in June and are currently in the midst of intensive preparations. Please keep them in prayer as there is much to be done. Pray especially for discernment and wisdom as we seek God's heart for ECF's missions involvement in Chiang Rai, and how we may faithfully partner the work there for the long term.

    3. Pray for the rezoning of #70: the application is in its final phase and under review by URA and other authorities. Pray for God's favour in the process, especially for approval of the NParks waiver application, that the necessary clearance will be granted smoothly.

    4. Congregation prayer concerns：

      1) Let us continue to keep Brother Loh Kin Ngon in prayer.
